Hi, and welcome to my P90x Blog. My blog is dedicated to the P90x home fitness system and the journey I am taking over the next few months. I used to be a very active Rugby player until injury a few years ago and since then piled on the pounds and at my heaviest I reached 338lbs. As of today (June the 3rd 2008) I am 252Lbs, I have lost this weight from diet and exercise.
I’m not taking this program lightly so in order to prepare I am going to ease myself into the P90x program. Also as I don’t have everything needed just yet, they’re on the way though. What i’m planning to do is my own weights routine, a full body routine 3 days a week followed by the Ab RipperX and on the days in between the 3-cardio routines on P90x.
This is me on the 27 August 2007.

During my program I will post progress pictures and statistics on Days 0,30,60 and 90. This will show me, a FAT Boy, getting the results that seem unachievable.
Many people have achieved great things on the P90x Home Fitness System, so I am hoping that this will help me get where I want to be. This program is not for the light hearted, I know it is going to take a huge commitment and I am willing to put my time, effort and of coarse put my body on the line to test it out.
I have never completed any programs before, all my other battles to loose my weight were lost as I put it all back on and more. I know this is not going to be easy but I am committed to completing this program and achieving something for myself.
My hope is that by creating this blog it will inspire me to continue. I’m looking for support from other people who are interested in the P90x program and who could leave comments on my blog to help me keep motivated.
Please feel free to ask me any questions about my progress or the program in the comments of the blog posts and I will try answer all to my best ability.
To Your Success!
Kieron
