- 3 month goal :- 224lbs - 17% BodyFat
- Monthly goals :- 8-10lbs per Month
- Weekly goals (Weekly body composition test and weigh-in) :-
- Loose 2lbs per week.
- Not to miss 1 training session, 5 sessions a week at least.
- Take weekly progress pictures and post them on my log.
- Daily goals (habits to develop, things to do every day repeatedly) :-
- Watch less TV.
- Get more NEPA exercise.
- Spend 30 minutes cleaning one part of the house.
- Complete Training for that Day
- The goal of beating your personal best.

P90x is a great program. Glad to see you are bringing it. Stick with it and great things will happen. I just started week 5 and I love it.

Keep bringin it! When you finish you should look into Insanity. I have combined P90X with Insanity and the work great together. Good Luck
