Im finding doing the p90x takes a ton of energy out me. i was working for a week with it and i was really excited about my progress. I just havent been able to sleep very well since i get up at 6am to work out. I have to pull my self back into it. I have never been able to feel confident in the way i look so im hoping i can find some people who can make me feel like it will all be worth the sleepless nights. great job on losing the weight. if i lost as much as you i would really be confident. GET BACK TO WORK AND LETS DO IT

Hey man, I JUST started P90X (I’m in finishing up my first week), and it is KICKING MY BUTT!.. but I love it! The AbRipper has been really tough for me, but I already noticed marked improvement from day 1 to day 3. I know it gets tough, and it IS a fairly big time commitment, but I KNOW it will be worth it. I’ve started so many things and then farted out after a while… I really want this to be different, and it WILL be! You can do it! BRING IT!!!

It was hard for me too! Never give up. This discipline is so important. no only for working out, but in other aspects of life. Keep up the good work. Ohh, thanks for including my blog in your list!

Don’t give up, I’m 57 never worked out in my life didn’t like it one bit. Only when I was drafted did i work out. The only thing I did on a daily basis was ride my mountain bike, 15 to 20 miles a day. That lost me 65 pounds in about 6 months without straining myself nor changing my diet. I got the p90x in September and have just finished my 90 days and I love it. I have some problems with yoga and pull ups so I’ll do something else. But the biggest thing you can do to improve yourself which I found out in the last year is learn about foods that your body uses and needs. Once you figure out what works for you. You’ll loose weight and feel better. I didn’t think I could eat 5 meals a day but I do now and want to eat 5 meals. But mostly its what I found that I like to eat that helps. I have bad days where I eat junk but since I work out it doesn’t affect me now. I’m down to 224 pnds now. A year ago I was tipping 320 the heaviest I’ve ever been. But being 6′3″ you don’t feel it till you loose it. So don’t give up keep plugging. You’ll be thankful you did.

On week 4 of the program. Lost 17 pounds so for doing the lean. In pain or sore most of the time but I see it getting less and less. If an old fat guy can do this anyone can. I can’t do every move yet but i try… P90X shows you how to workout which has helped me alot. Now I’m doing the cardio daily and the lean program every night.
