Great training today. Added a few free weights arm exercise as im not feeling the pain in my arms after each workout.

Workout:

Calf Press 352lbsx8, 341lbs3 –> Had to stop as ankle is killing me.
Shoulder Press 110lbsx9, 99lbsx10, & 88lbsx7
Rear Deltoid 187lbsx8, 176lbsx8, & 165lbsx8
Chest Press 176lbsx6, 154lbsx6, 132lbsx7
Lat Pulldown 187lbsx8, 176lbsx10, & 165lbsx10

Dumbell Flys 26lbsx10, 22lbsx10, 17lbsx10
Tricep Extension Didn’t record weight.

Tricep Press 198lbsx10, 1187lbsx10, & 176lbsx9
Bicep Curl 143lbsx8, 132lbsx8, & 121lbsx8
Abs 187lbsx10, 165lbsx10, & 143lbsx10

Caridio 10 Minutes HIIT Training on Bike

Mood: Arms sore for first time in a long time. Checked Bodyfat % also, can’t believe it.
