After a few months of hard training at home doing my own routine with free weights i have finally decided to start P90x on Monday Morning.
90 Days till a better me…. Cant wait to begin…
I was all worked up and really wanting to do the p90x program. But it never really happened. I was preparing myself for a while as i was waiting for my certain things to get delivered. I have been training 5 days a week for the last few months but not as hard as the P90x training would be.
So what to do?? Monday 2nd March is Day 1 of P90x for me… This works out perfect for me as D-Day (Day 90) will be on the 30th of May leaving me the 2 week rest period before my next birthday the day i stated last year i would meet my ultimate goal weight.
I am going to spend a little time fixing up this blog over the next few days so im ready to start.
