..Progress report..
Didn’t get much done yesterday as i had to drive to Ennis to visit my wonderful girlfriend. But the I added a workout page and a nutrition page on thursday just out lining the program. I should finish developing my template during the week and then spend a little more time trying to get a few readers to help encourage me on my journey.
I have been thinking over the last few days about my start date. Even though i dont have everything i need i have decided to start a warm up program. Basically i am going to follow the cardio rountine to a T and do my own thing on resistance days. Just untill i get all the equipment needed. So i start Monday the 2nd of June for as long as it takes to get everything…
Took a walk in the woods yesterday was out there for over an hour, I wasn’t feeling to well so this took it out of me. But i went to the gym with the girlfriend as she had a free pass. I did 15 minutes HIIT training on the cross aerobics and did about 10 on the Bike after to cool down. Wasn’t there to kill myself as i still have a chest infection and shouldn’t have done anything.
Anyways roll on monday….
