Havent posted in a few days. Didnt train Wedneday or Thursday as arms were killing me, i just though i could do with the break….

Also i was away for the weekend and just got back last night. Had a great one by the way. But only managed 2 hours sleep last night before i got up to come for work. house mates were up till 3 making noise and i just couldnt get asleep.

Great training today. Added a few free weights arm exercise as im not feeling the pain in my arms after each workout.

Great day in the gym today added 5kg to alot of the weights and managed to keep things going…. Went for a 1hour 30 minute walk after workout also

Went for another walk today. 1 and a half hours was a little slower as ankle was sore and my mother came with me. But i made up for it in the gym as lynchie was late so i had 40 minutes on the bike done before he came in. 10 minutes warm up 20 minutes HIIT and 10 minutes cool down.

Today i went for my 2 hour walk as i did yesterday and had plans to go to the gym for a cardio session but instead i went to the beach with the rugby team and went for a 55 minute run. Well for me it was Run-Walk-Run taking it in one minute intervals.

Really enjoyed it. Even played a game of touch afterwards but unfortunately i twisted my ankle a bit.

…Training Day 7…

Was working last night so i didnt make a post as i did absolutly nothing oh wait i went for a 1.5 hour walk with Maria sorry and then relaxed for the rest of the day.

Anyway back to today, i got upat 14:00 and headedstraight out for a walk, I stook at it and lasted for a full 2 hours at a fast pace. Really felt good about it. Today also is the first day that Lynchie starts training with me, hope it helps me push myself a bit more in the gym.

Got alot done today, hair cut, packing for trip to Ennis, tried to fix my washing machine for tennants and alot more i wont bore you with….

had a great trip up to Ennis. Had a funny felling all the way as i was really looking forward to seeing Maria again and to start reading my new book..
