…Training Day 7…
Was working last night so i didnt make a post as i did absolutly nothing oh wait i went for a 1.5 hour walk with Maria sorry and then relaxed for the rest of the day.
Anyway back to today, i got upat 14:00 and headedstraight out for a walk, I stook at it and lasted for a full 2 hours at a fast pace. Really felt good about it. Today also is the first day that Lynchie starts training with me, hope it helps me push myself a bit more in the gym.

Mood: Extremely happy with today. Did alot of exercise with the walking and the weight routine. Proud to be me.
