  1. Your ultimate long-term goal :- 200lbs - 10% BodyFat
  2. 3 month goal :- 224lbs - 17% BodyFat
  3. Monthly goals :- 8-10lbs per Month
  4. Weekly goals (Weekly body composition test and weigh-in) :-
    • Loose 2lbs per week.
    • Not to miss 1 training session, 5 sessions a week at least.
    • Take weekly progress pictures and post them on my log.
  5. Daily goals (habits to develop, things to do every day repeatedly) :-
    • Watch less TV.
    • Get more NEPA exercise.
    • Spend 30 minutes cleaning one part of the house.
    • Complete Training for that Day

After a few months of hard training at home doing my own routine with free weights i have finally decided to start P90x on Monday Morning.

90 Days till a better me…. Cant wait to begin…

Going off Track……

I was all worked up and really wanting to do the p90x program. But it never really happened. I was preparing myself for a while as i was waiting for my certain things to get delivered. I have been training 5 days a week for the last few months but not as hard as the P90x training would be.

So what to do?? Monday 2nd March is Day 1 of P90x for me… This works out perfect for me as D-Day (Day 90) will be on the 30th of May leaving me the 2 week rest period before my next birthday the day i stated last year i would meet my ultimate goal weight.

I am going to spend a little time fixing up this blog over the next few days so im ready to start.
